These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern all giveaway promotions (“Giveaways”) conducted by Omega Creations, LLC (“Omega Creations,” “we,” or “us”). By participating in any Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Rules, our decisions, and all applicable laws and regulations.

 

 

1. Eligibility

 

 

Giveaways are open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. By entering, participants affirm that they meet the age requirement. Omega Creations does not independently verify age.

Giveaways are open globally unless prohibited by local law. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

 

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Omega Creations, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

 

 

2. Entry Period

 

 

Each Giveaway will specify its start and end date (“Entry Period”) in the official announcement. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period are void.

 

 

3. How to Enter

 

 

Entry instructions will be provided in the Giveaway announcement or promotional materials. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated.

 

If a Giveaway is conducted through video content (e.g., participants are asked to comment on a video), initial contact to the potential winner may occur via a reply to their comment or a direct message on the social platform used, if available.

 

 

4. Winner Selection and Notification

 

 

Winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

Potential winners will be notified as follows:

 

• If entered through a video comment, Omega Creations will attempt to contact the potential winner through a reply to the comment or direct message on the platform where the entry occurred.

• Winners must then provide a valid Discord username and accept a direct message from Omega Creations through Discord for prize delivery.

 

 

All prizes (V-Bucks) will only be delivered via Discord direct message.

Potential winners must respond and accept delivery within seven (7) calendar days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

 

 

5. Prizes

 

 

The prize for each Giveaway will consist solely of Fortnite V-Bucks, delivered digitally via Discord DM.

No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at Omega Creations’ sole discretion. If regional restrictions prevent prize delivery, Omega Creations reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value.

 

Prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty.

 

 

6. Conditions

 

 

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Omega Creations, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

 

Participants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and without resort to class actions.

 

 

7. Taxes and Legal Compliance

 

 

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or legal obligations associated with claiming or using the prize according to their local laws. Omega Creations is not responsible for any consequences arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

 

 

8. General Terms

 

 

Omega Creations reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Giveaway due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond our reasonable control. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of a Giveaway may result in disqualification.

 

All Omega Creations decisions regarding the Giveaway are final.

 

 

9. Privacy

 

 

By entering, you consent to Omega Creations’ collection and use of your information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting winners, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

 

Omega Creations does not sell personal information.

 

 

10. Governing Law

 

 

All Giveaways and these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
